LizAnne Roman Roberts
(she/her)
An easy-going and caring instructor, LizAnne has been a student of movement since starting ballet at age four. While dancing professionally with Tulsa Ballet in her hometown, she sustained a foot injury that led her to Pilates. LizAnne found Pilates' ability to provide freedom and strength in movement inspiring and empowering. In 2007, LizAnne moved to the Bay Area to pursue a freelance dance career, where she also obtained her STOTT PILATES® certification. Celebrating with her clients as they move towards healthier and more pain-free living is one of her life's joys.

Amanda Lu
(she/her)
Amanda first encountered Pilates as a student in 2008 and loved it, finding its focus on mind-body awareness especially beneficial. She has been taking classes at Corpo Kinetic since 2023, and completed her STOTT Pilates mat instructor training through Mindful Movement Collective in February 2025. Her goals include helping clients in learning to listen to their bodies, and to introduce gentle movement into areas of the body that may normally get neglected. Outside of Pilates, Amanda enjoys hiking, bouldering, reading, and spending time with her cat.
